Family Life Center

Family Life Center strives to stabilize the lives of people in their time of need by connecting individuals to a wide variety of supportive services that allow them to reconnect, heal, and succeed in life.

Partners In Care

Partners In Care (PIC) is a coalition composed of representatives of organizations from nonprofit homeless providers, government stakeholders, private businesses, community advocates, public housing agencies, hospitals, universities, affordable housing developers, law enforcement, and persons experiencing homelessness and formerly homeless persons.

State of Hawai`i, Benefit, Employment & Support Services Division

BESSD is the largest division in the Department of Human Services. Staff and administrators provide a continuum of services, through nine programs that serve different populations, aimed at providing clients with monthly benefits to assist them with such essentials as food, shelter, and child care, as well as employment support and work-training and dependency diversion and prevention.
